Our goal

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

How the site is built

• Text is 18 pixels by default, with strong color contrast in light and dark mode.
• Every page works with a keyboard. Menus, buttons and dialogs are labeled for screen readers, and a “Skip to main content” link comes first on every page.
• Pages are tested with automated accessibility checks (axe) at desktop and phone widths.
• The site loads no advertising, tracking or other third-party scripts.

Accessibility options

The Accessibility button at the top of every page lets you:

• make text larger (four sizes)
• add more space between lines
• switch to Atkinson Hyperlegible, a font designed for readers with low vision
• use high contrast colors
• underline every link
• pause animations
• have the page read aloud by your browser’s built-in voice (where the browser supports it)

Your choices are saved in this browser only and are not sent to us. Reset all returns everything to the defaults.

Some information is in PDF files, such as the application form and tax filings. If a document does not work with your assistive technology, please contact us to ask for it in another format.
